Timing & Reimbursements

Please submit your grant request by the first of the month to have it approved in that month.

Mini-grants are reviewed monthly at the PTA board meeting, typically the second Thursday of each month. Mini-grants are reviewed by a subcommittee of the PTA that includes faculty representation from both campuses.  The entire board then reviews their recommendations.

If your mini-grant is approved, you will need to submit a receipt to the  PTA treasurer at treasurer@rooftopk8.org to receive a reimbursement. We encourage you to include a picture of your new program or item in use.
