At Rooftop, we believe that many hands make light work. Involvement in education is the number one thing parents and caregivers can do to create a great school and improve student performance. Participation in our PTA not only has practical benefits but also sends a powerful message to our kids that their education is so important that we actively participate and support their school in whatever way is needed. One of the great ways to get involved and support our school is by participating in our our PTA Subcommittees. Greening Committee
The Greening Committee is composed of staff, admin and families from both campuses who are dedicated to improving the external face of campuses. Not only does this committee put their hands in the dirt to upgrade our grounds, they also throw a great party and invite parents to join in. For those of you with green thumbs or who enjoy immediate results after an honest day’s work, do contact this committee at greening@rooftopk8.org.
