The Rooftop Run Packet is an important packet which has all the stuff you need to help raise a little money for your child’s school! Families typically receive their Run Packets in September; packets are sent home in manila envelopes in students’ back packs.
If you need a paper Run Packet, yet do not receive one, contact the Run Coordinator at run@rooftopk8.org and we will gladly resend yours. Extra packets are also available in the school office, and of course the individual docs/forms from the packet may be downloaded below.

The run booklet provides details about the Run: what it is, how it works, why we have it. If you have questions about the Run, you can usually find the answers in this booklet. - Pledge Sheet (PDF | Excel)
This is how we credit you and your class/grade for the hard work you did getting sponsors and pledges. - Sponsor Letter (Word)
Use this letter if you would like to give something in writing to your sponsors when you ask for their support. It provides a little information about our school and about the Rooftop Run. - Companies that match Gifts & Donations
Does your employer match donated funds? You could double your donation by asking your company to participate! Refer to this online resource to determine whether your company participates, and if so contact your HR or personnel department for details on how to request a matching donation. - Thank You Post Cards
Rooftop thinks kids should write thank you notes! Too, the post card will serve as your sponsor’s donation receipt and includes the Rooftop PTA tax id number. Please help your child get these cards sent out as soon as donations are accepted. Cards are not available for download, but may be picked up at either campus office, and will be available for pickup at Run registration as well.
