Way to go Rooftop! I asked for a little help and got such an overwhelming response from you all, I am so proud to be part of this community! Thank You!

Well it’s the week of the 32nd Annual Rooftop Run, don’t forget to come on out to Kezar Stadium this Sunday the 20th and represent your school, community and children. You are all aware that we set the bar extremely high, we need to raise at LEAST $75,000. Since we did that last year, I don’t see why we can’t aim for even more, I have faith in our group.

Please remember your pledge sheets and donations can be turned in at either office in the Run box or the day of the Run too. If you are counting on per lap donations then don’t forget to collect them after your runner completes her laps and collects her official Certificate of Achievement which she can then show to all her sponsors to tally the amount to be collected.

If you have a Mayeda kid then you may want to tell them to take notice of the Rooftop Run FAQ’s posted in the stairways of the Mayeda Campus. They have been there since the 3rd week of September, so your student should have most probably already taken notice. The point is that I will be hosting Community Meeting on Friday the 18th and two (2) students from each grade will be pulled to help me have a little Rooftop Run Gameshow fun. If they can answer Rooftop Run questions from the FAQ sheets, and perhaps a few other tougher historical questions, they will win some prizes including a Rooftop Run T-shirt!

I know you have all heard from me via your classroom email groups or here on the Bulletin but if you do have questions or need any help please get in touch. You can also still order T-shirts. You can place your T-Shirt order online, download and print the order forms, or purchase one on Sunday at the Run as well!
