The Run is this Sunday the 23rd of October at the SOTA track!
I’d like to remind you all that the fundraising goal is $65,000 and that if each family donates $300 we can meet or beat that goal easily. This money goes to fund all the programs that make our school a great one, so please whether it’s $5 or $5000, please come to the Run and support our kids. Donations may be dropped off at either office in the Run box before the Run, or you can donate at the Run or collect your per lap donations and drop them off after the Run!
T-shirts will be delivered to your child this week, so please wear them on Sunday. There will also be a T-shirt table so you can buy more shirts at the Run. Also, there will be loads of yummy foods and drinks for sale by our Mayeda kids to help fund their Outdoor Education program. All in all it will be an awesome event, Kong will be there as always so the Kinders can chase him around the track for the first lap and then the race is on!
Registration begins at 11am, the race starts at 12noon and the picnic is from 1-2pm.
Please remember to have all checks made payable to the Rooftop PTA and don’t forget to bring some food to share at your grade’s picnic after the race. If you aren’t sure what to bring, contact your Room Coordinator or Renee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
