Join us for an evening of music, dancing, and competitive bidding at the Annual Rooftop Auction and Children’s Art Show on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Hall of Flowers in Golden Gate Park from 5pm to 11pm. Advanced tickets are $30/person and $40 at the door. A catered buffet and hosted bar is included in the price of admission for this adult-only event.
In an effort to reduce waste, save paper and economize on volunteer hours, printed Auction Packets were distributed ONLY to families who subscribe to the paper version of the Wednesday Bulletin. Please check your student’s backpacks as these copies were sent home on Wednesday, December 17th. The Auction Committee needs your help in soliciting donations for the silent auction. Take copies of the Auction Donor Form and Solicitation Letter with you as you run errands, experience sights and sounds of our wonderful city and when you venture out on family outings. Businesses and organizations are more likely to donate when they are asked by an existing customer or known member. Don’t forget to share with your friends and family about the joyful learning your students are experiencing everyday at Rooftop. Auction Wish List
If you have a favorite restaurant, know of a place that offers superb service, have a family member who is a skilled crafter or an activity that your family participates in frequently, why not ask them for a donation and share your find with the Rooftop community. Chances are high that someone else will be willing to bid on the same items.
