Following is the PTA Board’s recommended budget allocation for 2013-14 school year, to be presented in more detail at this Wednesday’s PTA meeting. This is a critical part of the annual PTA planning process, as we work with the principal to determine how the PTA can most effectively support the faculty and our student body. The intent of the PTA meeting this week is to provide more details behind this recommendation and to answer questions and solicit feedback and input from the broader community prior to the final PTA meeting in May, where we will be submitting the final budget recommendation for approval.
Given the very successful fund raising efforts, such as the recent 20th anniversary Auction & Rooftop Run, together with other donations and contributions, we are in the enviable position of proposing strong continued support for Rooftop Programs in the 2013-14 school year! We want to make sure that we hear from everyone in the community as to how we use these funds to support our kids and our great faculty.
