Hugs and a High Five

A BIG Hug and a high five to all my fellow volunteers who solicited for donations, processed and tagged items for the auction, entered donations into the database, designed our marketing materials, photographed our kids and edited the video, helped our kids create art, loaded the truck, pulled tables and chair for set up, transformed the Hall of Flowers into a gala venue, unpacked and set up silent auction displays, greeted you at check-in, poured drinks at the bar, served food or helped with food planning, cleaned up and unloaded the truck up to 3am on Sunday, decorated the Hall, entered your bids into the database, took payments, processed your ticket orders and sold you raffle tickets, pulled our permits, and provided for our AV and tech support. Each and everyone had has a big “auction heart.” Please be sure to hug them or give them a high five in the hallway, at drop off or in the parking lot. They deserve it! Verna Liza, 415.729.4581.

How did we do

Invoices with a pay pal link were emailed to our guests at 9:44pm on Auction night. Of the $109, 541 invoiced amount, we have collected $97,464. Our Auction revenue goal is $150K, so please support the Hallway Auction, the Post Auction sale at March 26th PTA meeting at Mayeda, sign up for a party or event, and give what you can to Rooftop.
