Donation Drive & Drop Off (Sat, 2/08; 9am-1pm; Burnett MPR)

Please discuss often within your circle the need for us to rally in support of the auction by donating and/or soliciting 3-5 items per family.  Volunteers will be on hand this Saturday, February 8th from 9am to 1pm, to accept donations and help you complete donor forms. We have collected only 198 out of the 1000 items we need to host a successful auction.  We will accept new and unused items in their original packaging but if you must know what sells best, here the list: Getaways, outings, experiences, kids camps and activities,  parties and workshops hosted by Rooftop families, jewelry, restaurants, wine and items made with care and thought. Help us meet or beat our goal by turning in those donations asap. Donor forms and solicitation letters are available at the school office or email us for a copy, auction@rooftopk8.org.

Volunteer for an Auction Job

Thank you to the 81 parents and care givers who have signed up for an auction job or are currently helping to prepare for the auction.  We can use 70+ more volunteers. What jobs have the least turn out? Friday truck loading, check out, merchandise distribution, and clean up. What do we need help with now? Food planning to follow up with caterers, database clean up, coordination of mass mailing of post cards, marketing and soliciting for corporate sponsorships, and decorations team leader. Volunteer forms can be found in the school office or you can sign up online.
