Rooftop Parties and Events are a fun way for our community to get together while raising funds for our school.  Party hosts generously donate cost of parties so 100% of proceeds benefit Rooftop PTA funded enrichment program for all students.  Join us and sign up for as many as you’d like by contacting the Auction Committee at  415.7294581  or auction@rooftopk8.org.

Spring Workshop for Grown Ups – 25 Slots Available
Join Amy, Cheryl, Verna Liza, Hillary, Mary and Cynthia for an afternoon of crafting for grown ups – Winter Workshop style!  Participants will first enjoy sumptuous snacks and sip grown up bevvy’s while signing up for a workshop of their choice.  Only 6 slots per workshop available.  Saturday, May 17, 2014, 1 to 4pm.  Millwood Ranch, Pacifica.

Pay Your Auction Invoice
There is a total of $7171.00 in uncollected auction invoices.  If you are one of 2 dozen people who have not paid for your winning bids, please settle your account ASAP. Paying your invoice on time is one way to help us meet our fundraising goal for the year.  Invoices were emailed to you on Auction night to addresses on file.  Please contact the Auction Committee at 415.729.4581  or  auction@rooftopk8.org  if you would like to receive an updated copy of your invoice.  Online and credit card payment options available.  Checks made out to Rooftop PTA can also be sent to the Burnett Office, attn: Auction.

Double or Triple Your Giving Impact
It isn’t too late to donate to Rooftop PTA and support enrichment programs that benefit all Rooftop students.  Please send donations to the Burnett Office, attn: Auction.  Checks should be made out to Rooftop PTA.  If you’ve already donated to Rooftop PTA this year, please check with the HR department for your employer’s company match program.  You could double or triple your gift with a corporate match. Auction Office Hours
If you did not pick up your items on Auction night, please come by the Auction Room located in the MPR (closet to the right of the main entrance).  Verna Liza is available on Mondays, 1:45 to 3pm and Thursdays, 1:45 to 4pm or by appointment by calling 415.729.451.
