Donation Drive and Drop Off

Whether you have a large item or you’ve been holding on to several small items, this Saturday, February 2nd, is the time to bring those donations to the Burnett MPR.  Volunteers will be available from 9am to 1pm to help you complete donor forms so drive on up and park on the blacktop.

Want a Sneak Preview of Items for Sale?

Help us process donations and do a bit of pre-shopping before the auction.  Volunteers are needed to catalog and pack gift certficates and tangible items.  Both work must be done during school hours for as little as 1 hour/week between now and the auction.  Please email us at if you are interested in being part of this fun and exciting crew!

Do I Need to Have Hundreds of Dollars to Attend the Auction?

No!  There is fantastic food, marvelous music and amazing art to see made by the kids.  Your teachers are almost always there, so there will be someone you know.  And while bidding is not required… you can usually walk away with some great bargains!  Items start selling for around $5-$10.  Often you will find items you might buy anyway such as  certificates to haircuts, tuition to great Summer Camp for your kids, local grocery stores and bakeries.  Some guests use the opportunity to shop for gifts for Mother’s/Father’s Day, graduation, spring and winter holidays.
