• When you arrive Check-in at the pre-registered lines or you may purchase tickets at the door ($40/person).
  • Those who bring in a dessert to serve 15+ will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a food and wine basket valued at $100+. (Hint: make a batch of cookies now, freeze and bake later!)
  • There are no pre-printed tickets.  All you need to do is check-in with a registration staf so they can verify your information, provide you with a name tag and bidder number.
  • Your pre-assigned bidder number will be written on the back of the auction catalog.
  • The catalog becomes your “paddle” to use during the Live portion of the auction.
  • All items in the silent auction have bid sheets attached or affixed nearby.  To bid on an item, write your name, your bid number and amount of your bid.  Write neatly & clearly.
  • To be a valid, the bid increase must be in the increment shown on the bid sheet.
  • Please do not encourage others to stop bidding.  This is contrary to the purpose of our entire effort.
  • In the event of a “stand-off”, Silent Auction Helpers will hand ou and your rival each a piece of paper.  You are to write the maximum bid you are willing to make on this item.  The higher written bid will win.
  • Silent Auction tables will close  at staggered times as noted in the catalog.  When a table is closed, please do not attempt to make another bid.
  • To bid on item at Live auction, simply raise your “paddle” with the your bidder number facing the Auctioneer.  You will be asked to sign a live auction receipt by Live Auction Helpers should you become a lucky winner.
  • Participants are encouraged to bid on any item whether that item is from your child’s class or not.  Please bid on any item that appeals to you and your family.  Have FUN!
